Slab Formwork
The BAUTREG formwork is a universal solution, designed for use on every construction site.
The basic elements of the system are BT20 wooden girders, which have low weight (5.0kg/mb), high strength parameters and high quality of workmanship. They work directly with steel supports with a load capacity of 20kN, equipped with heads and tripods.

BAUPROP 20
Steel Prop
The top-class BAUPROP 20 steel support with a stepless height adjustment system and self-cleaning thread is designed for transferring vertical compressive loads in temporary floor props and in beam and panel formwork systems. Its construction consists of two pipes: the inner one with holes and the outer one with thread, as well as an adjusting nut, a locking pin and two metal plates making up the top foot and the base foot. The whole system is hot-dip galvanized, and the nut is additionally powder coated in a characteristic orange color.
The product has a very high safety factor, confirmed by the Sigma certificate, issued by SIGMA KARLSRUHE GmbH.

Slab Formwork
Formwork plywood is a layered wood-based panel, glued with high quality phenolic adhesives. It is composed of an odd number of veneer sheets. Its particular advantage, distinguishing it from other wood-based products, is its extremely high resistance to bending. This allows freedom in spacing beams and supports in the formwork. Plywood surface is covered with phenolic film in black color (optionally brown), with basis weight from 170 to 220 gr/m2. The process of pressing the film takes place under high pressure and temperature. Thanks to this, the resin from the film penetrates into the base board and gives as a result, surfaces with new functional properties. The edges of the plywood are additionally protected with acrylic paint, which prevents the penetration of moisture.
Three-layer glued board is made of coniferous wood (spruce or fir). Both sides are covered with a special impregnating paint, which protects against weather conditions and water according to EN 13353 (SWP/3) and anti-adhesive varnish, which prevents concrete from sticking. The panels are manufactured according to the Austrian standard B 3023 (bending strength: 40 [N/mm2]; modulus of elasticity: E=10 000 [N/mm2]).
