Slab Formwork
Slab props are a universal product, indispensable on every construction site. The number of available variants makes it possible to perfectly adjust them to the construction investment or budget possibilities.
When using cross heads (bars or angle brackets) they work with BT20 girders and beam formwork sheathing in the form of shuttering plywood or three layer boards, and when using the BAUDECK head they are a perfect element of a modern panel slab.

BAUPROP 20
Steel Prop
The top-class BAUPROP 20 steel prop with a stepless height adjustment system and self-cleaning thread is designed for transferring vertical compressive loads in temporary floor props and in beam and panel formwork systems. Its construction consists of two pipes: the inner one with holes and the outer one with thread, as well as an adjusting nut, a locking pin and two metal plates making up the top foot and the base foot. The whole system is hot-dip galvanized, and the nut is additionally powder coated in a characteristic orange color.
The product has a very high safety factor, confirmed by the Sigma certificate, issued by SIGMA KARLSRUHE GmbH.

BAUKRANE DB ECO 20 kN
Steel Prop
Adjustable steel prop with a load capacity of 20kN. It is designed for transferring vertical compressive loads in temporary ceiling supports and system-included joist floor formwork. Its construction consists of two pipes: the inner one with holes and the outer one with threads, as well as an adjusting nut, a locking pin and two metal plates forming the upper foot and the base foot. The whole has been galvanized, the nut has been powder coated. The support has a minimum load capacity of 20kN, depending on the extension length (tested in accordance with PN-EN 1065:2001). It can work with the internal pipe directed upwards or downwards. The support has an external thread, without self-cleaning mechanism, which allows smooth adjustment of the support height within the whole range of its operation. When the support is lowered to the maximum height a safety space is maintained which protects the installer’s hand against crushing.

Galvanized 10 kN
Lacquered 10 kN
Steel Prop
Adjustable steel prop with a permissible load of 10kN. It is designed for transferring vertical compressive loads in temporary ceiling supports and in beam and panel floor formwork systems. It is available in two versions: lacquered and galvanized. Its construction consists of two pipes: internal and external, equipped with an internal thread, as well as an adjusting socket with two lugs, a locking pin and two plates, forming the upper foot and the base foot. It can operate with the inner pipe facing up or down. The support has an internal thread, without self-cleaning mechanism, which allows smooth adjustment of the support height within the whole range of its operation.
