Bauframe VZ 60 kN column formwork
A multi-hole panel from the Bauframe 60 kN system, designed for forming rectangular columns. Steel profiles with holes spaced every 5 cm allow panels to be set in a right-hand configuration and connected into a rigid, high-strength column structure.

What sets Bauframe VZ 60 kN column formwork apart?
5 cm hole spacing
Steel profiles with holes spaced every 5 cm allow adjustment of the distance between panels, so the assembly can be matched to the required column cross-section. Four VZ panels connected directly to each other form a closed, rigid rectangular column structure – with no additional frames or clamps required.
For walls and columns
The VZ panel is not a separate column-only formwork system. It is part of the same Bauframe set used for walls. The VZ corner connector allows it to be joined with a standard Bauframe panel when forming corners. Contractors don’t need to store two separate systems or plan logistics around two different products – one Bauframe system handles both columns and walls.
Reinforced frame corners
The frame profile corners are reinforced, increasing resistance to deformation during transport, handling, and use under load. The formwork withstands fresh concrete pressure of 60 kN/m² throughout its entire service life.
Universal accessories
Bauframe VZ panels connect using universal Baukrane accessories or any accessories compatible with Rasto-type systems. Building out a complete formwork system is simpler, and the risk of assembly errors is reduced.
Compatible with Rasto
Bauframe VZ connects with both the steel and aluminium variants of Bauframe. If you are already working with Rasto-type formwork on site, VZ panels will connect to your existing system without replacing any accessories. This matters especially when expanding your formwork set mid-project or working across multiple sites at the same time.
