Bautekk VT 50 kN lightweight column formwork
The Bautekk VT 50 kN multi-hole formwork panel is part of the Bautekk 50 kN system, designed for forming walls and rectangular columns with variable cross-sections. Steel profiles with holes spaced every 5 cm allow adjustment of the distance between panels and connection into a closed, rigid rectangular column structure – with no additional components required.

What distinguishes the BAUTEKK VT 50kN lightweight column formwork?
Holes every 5 cm
Steel profiles with holes spaced 5 cm apart allow for adjustment of the distance between the panels, so the set can be adapted to the required column cross-section. Four VT panels connected with corner tensioners form a closed, rigid rectangular column structure—without additional frames or clamps.
A wall and a pole from the same set
The Bautekk VT panel is a component of the Bautekk formwork system. If required, the same set of panels can be used to form rectangular columns, reinforced concrete walls, and foundations. One formwork system in stock, two applications on site.
Easy to transport and install
The 8-cm-thick frame profile and 12-mm plywood result in a lower weight per panel compared to heavier wall systems. The kit can be carried and installed by hand. It works well where access to heavy equipment is limited or site conditions do not allow for its use.
Compatible with Tekko
Bautekk VT is compatible with Tekko-type systems. You can integrate the panels with your existing formwork system without replacing the connectors or the entire formwork system.
