Concrete pipe for wall formwork.
Fibre-concrete pipe with 22 mm diameter and 1.25 m length, used to maintain a constant distance between formwork panels and to protect tie rods. Combined with stop cones and concrete plugs, it enables watertight and repeatable penetrations in reinforced concrete walls.

Description
The 22 mm, 1.25 m concrete pipe is made of fibre-reinforced concrete, ensuring good compatibility with structural concrete and reliable transfer of loads from formwork tie rods. It is placed between two formwork panels to set the required wall thickness and to keep this dimension constant along the entire length of the tie. At the same time, the pipe acts as a protective sleeve for the tie bar, preventing it from being clogged with concrete and making it easier to remove nuts and strip the formwork. After stripping, the pipe can be quickly and easily sealed with concrete plugs bonded with a two-component adhesive, providing a tight and visually neat penetration through the wall, including in structures requiring increased water tightness.
Application
The concrete pipe is used as a spacing and protection element for ties in wall formwork.
