Plywood Top Form

Specialised formwork plywood with HDO phenolic coating 400 g/m² on both sides, designed for intensive use in concrete forming.

Up to 50 reuse cycles thanks to PF phenol-formaldehyde glue and an HDO coating eliminating the rippling effect.

Formwork Plywood

Description

Top Form plywood is a specialised formwork plywood designed for creating concrete forms in demanding construction conditions. Both sides are coated with an HDO (High Density Overlay) phenolic layer with a weight of 400 g/m², made 100% from rubber, which ensures a perfectly smooth surface and eliminates the rippling effect. PF phenol-formaldehyde glue has been used in production - the most durable waterproof adhesive available on the market, resistant to water, frost, steam and concrete for 72 hours in the boiling test, representing a significant quality improvement compared to standard MUF glue, which is resistant for only 6 hours. The plywood is constructed from 15 veneers and withstands up to 50 reuse cycles.

Application of Top Form plywood

Top Form plywood proves ideal wherever durability and multiple reuse are required in concrete forming. Suitable for use in:

  • in formwork for concrete requiring a smooth surface
  • in formwork panels exposed to intensive use
  • in structures requiring resistance to moisture and harsh weather conditions
  • in applications requiring multiple reuse of formwork material
