Powder-coated construction prop

Powder-coated props – Italian type – are steel adjustable slab props intended for the temporary shoring of slabs and beam slab formwork in reinforced concrete works. The structure consists of two tubes – an inner one with adjustment holes every 10 cm and an outer one with a thread – complemented by an adjustment nut, locking pin, and top and bottom base plates. Both tubes are powder-coated and cured in an oven, which prevents jamming during extension and ensures long-lasting corrosion protection. The adjustment nut and locking pin are electro-galvanized. The steel collar with an internal thread provides smooth height adjustment, and the prop can be installed with the inner tube facing either up or down. At maximum extension, a 10 cm safety zone is maintained to protect the installer’s hands. The props must be positioned axially to the direction of the load, avoiding angled setup.
