Plywood Ez Form

EZ Form plywood is a cost-effective plywood made from cross-laminated veneers of 100% rubberwood with a density of ≥ 630 kg/m³. Coated on both sides with black-brown PSF phenolic film with a weight of 130 g/m², it provides a good concrete finish and mechanical strength compliant with EN 13986. PF phenol-formaldehyde glue has been used in production, resistant to boiling for 72 hours, representing a significant quality improvement compared to standard MUF glue. The plywood is constructed from 13 veneers and withstands 8–15 reuse cycles of the entire panel, with even more possible under proper maintenance. Bending strength is ≥ 50 MPa across the grain and ≥ 40 MPa along the grain, with a modulus of elasticity up to 5000 N/mm², making it a suitable choice for demanding formwork structures. Panel edges are painted black for additional protection.
