  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with regard to data provided voluntarily on the Service.

    • Handling enquiries via the form

  7. Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which is then entered into the Operator's systems.
  8. By saving cookies (so-called „cookies”) to end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the destination server.
  2. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  3. To protect data, the Operator regularly creates backup copies.
  4. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for personal data processing, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

4. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or for the fulfilment of the Administrator's obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • authorised employees and collaborators who use data to fulfil the purpose of the website's operation
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for no longer than is necessary to perform the activities related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g., on bookkeeping). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,
    • I retract,
    • removal,
    • processing restrictions,
    • and data transfer.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of pursuing legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, including profiling, as indicated in point 3.3 c). However, this right to object may not be exercised if there are overriding legitimate grounds for processing which take precedence over your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  5. An appeal against the actions of the Administrator may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Service to operate.
  7. With regard to you, actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling for the provision of services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Administrator, may be taken.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if supplied.
  2. The service may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. The service may, in some cases, save information that facilitates linking the data in the form to the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user's e-mail address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is for.

6. Administrator's Log

  1. Information on user behaviour on the service may be logged. This data is used for the administration of the service.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider, only anonymised information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user's end device. With regard to user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology informs Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) that a registered user is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator. The operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.

8. Cookie information

  1. The service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called „biscuits”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the User's terminal device of the Service and are intended for use with the Service's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the terminal device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the User's terminal device and accessing them is the Website operator.

    1. maintaining the User's session in the Service (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every page of the Service.;
