Slab Formwork
Formwork sheathing is a universal product indispensable on every construction site. The number of available variants makes it possible to perfectly match them to the construction project or budget.
They are primarily used as ceiling formwork coverings, but are equally often used as wall formwork fillers. Due to its great flexibility, ability to be cut to the required size, it is a basic product on every construction site, regardless of its size.

Birch plywood
Slab Formwork
Birch shuttering plywood is a premium quality laminated wood-based panel, glued with high quality phenolic adhesives. It is composed of an odd number of veneer sheets. Its particular advantage, differentiating it from other wood-based products, is its exceptionally high resistance to bending. This allows freedom in spacing beams and supports in the formwork. Surface of shuttering plywood is covered with black phenolic film (optionally brown), 220 gr/m2. The process of pressing the film takes place under high pressure and temperature. Thanks to this, the resin from the film penetrates into the base board and gives as a result, surfaces with new functional properties. The edges of the plywood are additionally protected with acrylic paint, which prevents the penetration of moisture.

Poplar Plywood
Slab Formwork
Poplar shuttering plywood is an economical laminated wood-based panel, glued with high quality phenolic adhesives. It is composed of an odd number of veneer sheets. Its particular advantage, which distinguishes it from other wood-based products, is its extremely high resistance to bending. This allows freedom in spacing beams and supports in the formwork. Plywood surface is covered with phenolic film in black color (optionally brown), with weight from 170 gr/m2. The process of pressing the film takes place under high pressure and temperature. Thanks to this, the resin from the film penetrates into the base board and gives as a result, surfaces with new functional properties. The edges of the plywood are additionally protected with acrylic paint, which prevents the penetration of moisture.

Three-layer boards
Slab Formwork
Three-layer glued panel is made of softwood (spruce or fir). Both working sides are covered with a special impregnating paint, which protects against weather conditions and water according to EN 13353 (SWP/3) and with an anti-adhesive varnish, which prevents concrete from sticking. The panels are manufactured according to the Austrian B 3023 standard (bending strength: 40 [N/mm2]; modulus of elasticity: E=10,000 [N/mm2]). Available with or without fittings.

Plastic Panel
Slab Formwork
Shuttering Panel Plastic is made of high quality polypropylene. It is adjusted to international construction standards. This product is characterized by high stiffness, is heat resistant, corrosion resistant and has a much higher impact resistance than classical wooden plywood. The allowable working temperature is in the range of -20~90 °C.
THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVANTAGES OF THE PLASTIC PANEL:
- Reusable (even more than 60 times)
- 100% resistance to weather conditions (eg rain)
- Does not require non-stick oil (surface mixed with additives that make the panel resistant to acidic or alkaline environment)
- Very good workability (easy to handle, cut, join with other elements such as wood, steel or aluminum)
- Low weight (panels are about 20% lighter than conventional shuttering plywood)
- Easy repair (regeneration of the damaged surface possible using, for example, glue, also on the construction site)
- Cost savings (with one set of panels can save up to 60% of the total budget, compared to the use of standard plywood or metal formwork)
