Baudeck BAUDECK system formwork is a lightweight and versatile panel slab formwork, ideal for a wide range of applications in construction, especially in large-area projects. The low weight and the ability to adjust panels to the surface allow for quick assembly of the formwork. Dismantling is facilitated by drop heads, thanks to which there is no need to lower the props.

What distinguishes
BAUDECK system formwork from other formwork?

Adjustable panel dimensions

Thanks to the 15 cm panel width, BAUDECK formwork can be precisely adjusted even to the most complex slab. Special UNI panels unfold, filling the surface with an infill section with a width of 55–90 cm and a length of 90 cm or 180 cm.

Fast assembly and dismantling

A wide range of panel and beam sizes allows adaptation to virtually any slab layout, eliminating the need for additional infill elements. The use of a drop head enables early striking of the slab without dismantling the props, resulting in significant time and cost savings compared to traditional beam-based systems.

Compatible with popular slab props

When equipped with system heads, BAUDECK can be used with commonly available slab props, class B and above, in accordance with EN 1065.

Powder-coated aluminium frame

The frame consists of a 14 cm high aluminium profile with 73 mm cross members and 2 mm wall thickness. The powder-coated finish facilitates cleaning and reduces concrete adhesion.

10 mm birch plywood facing

The facing is made of high-quality waterproof birch plywood, fixed with rivets for quick replacement in case of damage.

Easy storage and transport

The system can easily be converted into a pallet by turning the BAUDECK panel plywood-side down and installing folding corner brackets. This creates a storage and transport pallet capable of holding 7 panels. It can be handled by crane or forklift. Each corner bracket has a load capacity of 400 kg.
