Formwork for demanding projects
Bauschal is a heavy formwork system with a strength of 80 kN/m². Universal brackets facilitate transport by crane on the construction site. The system has a full range of elements for making straight walls, semicircular columns, and elevator shafts. Ideal for making reinforced concrete walls in residential and industrial construction, vertical partitions in engineering construction, reinforced concrete columns and cores, massive foundations and footing foundations.

What distinguishes Bauschal from other formwork?
Through-holes for tie rods in the panel profiles
Steel panels equipped with through-holes made in profiles measuring 60×50 mm and 17 mm thick protect the sheathing from damage by the tie rod during assembly and disassembly.
Universal accessories
You can secure the system using universal Baukrane accessories or others compatible with Rasto. A smaller number of dedicated accessories means fewer problems on the construction site and easier equipment completion.
Elements for making an elevator shaft
The formwork contains the elements necessary to make an elevator shaft. The corner structure allows its width to be reduced by about 3 cm, which as a result makes it possible to move the internal formwork away from the completed wall by a full 6 cm.
Reinforced frame and internal profiles
The frame and internal profiles are made of high-grade steel, additionally reinforced to carry the greatest loads. The whole is protected with hot-dip galvanizing to maximize the service life of the formwork.
