We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of:

Technical and commercial advisor (formwork systems)

Workplace: Koszajec k. Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers in the field of formwork systems technology (formwork),

• Technical and commercial supervision of supported contracts (cost optimization, contract budgeting, preparation of replacement projects, etc.),

• Comprehensive preparation of quotations for clients and conducting business negotiations,

• Control of settlements with customers,

• Close cooperation and supervision of the flow of information with other departments in the company,

• Preparing reports on current activities,

• ongoing analysis of the market and competition

Requirements:

• Professional experience in a similar position (technical and commercial advisor, sales engineer) in the construction industry,

• The ability to build and establish business relationships and negotiate,

• Higher technical education (construction preferred),

• active driving license cat. B,

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office: mainly MS Excel, AutoCad),

• Very good organization of working time,

• high communication skills,

• Analysis and strategic planning skills,

• Ambition and determination to achieve set goals.
