Universal formwork for volumetric projects
Formwork system BAUFRAME is a modern and easy-to-use wall formwork with a strength of 60 kN/m². Parabolic holes for through-ties make it easier to pass the tie to the next panel and protect the facing from damage during assembly and disassembly. Thanks to the variety of sizes, the formworks can be adapted to any building height. The profile structure and universal wedge clamps allow smooth connection of panels with a height offset, adapting to uneven terrain. Possibility of connection with formworks of the Rasto type.

What distinguishes
BAUFRAME from other formwork?
Steel support plate protect the plywood
Specially designed steel support plate directly protect the playwood from impacts by the tie rod.
Reinforced corners
They protect the formwork profile even more, increasing its resistance to the pressure of the concrete mix. The maximum strength is as much as 60 kN/m².
Insert protecting the frame
At both ends of the panels, we added inserts to further increase the strength of the frame profile. Additional protection when carrying the entire set without the need to disconnect it or during stripping by lift or crane.
Available ALU and VZ variants
BAUFRAME VZ multi-hole panels are ideally suited for making columns with different cross-sections. The BAUFRAME ALU variant is made of a rigid and hardened aluminum profile. Thanks to its low weight, it is ideal in conditions where it is difficult to operate heavy equipment for transferring formwork panels.
Universal accessories
You will secure the system with universal Baukrane accessories or others compatible with Rasto. Fewer dedicated accessories mean fewer problems on the construction site and easier completion of equipment.
Compatible with Rasto
You can connect Bauframe with the Bauframe ALU variant, the heavy Bauschal system, but also with other systems in the Rasto profile. You work with equipment you know, so installation errors are less likely. Projects are completed faster and more cheaply.
