The BTU-50 system is shoring towers for supporting slabs with high point loads, used in the construction of bridges, industrial halls, and other engineering structures. Six repeatable, hot-dip galvanized elements create a stable structure up to 20 m high, which one worker can assemble without specialist training. The assembled tower can be moved by crane without dismantling, both vertically and horizontally, which reduces relocation time to a few minutes.

BTU-50 carries a load of up to 200 kN per tower with a footprint of only 1×1 m (50 kN per base, when used in scaffolding group III in accordance with DIN 4421). This makes it possible to transfer high point loads to the ground without the need to densify the support grid. On bridge construction sites or with thick industrial slabs, this means fewer towers and less equipment needed for support.

An assembled BTU-50 tower up to 10 m can be lifted by tower cranes and moved to the next concreting location. This eliminates the need for labor-intensive dismantling and reassembly with every change of position, saving hours of crane and worker time.

The BTU-50 system is based on only two repeatable frame formats. Assembly is intuitive and does not require lengthy training. The elements of a single tower can be assembled by one worker. In conditions of labor shortages, this is a real advantage, allowing the rest of the crew to be reassigned to reinforcement or concreting works.

BTU-50 meets the requirements of DIN 4421 in all three load classes – I, II, and III. On demanding engineering projects, where compliance with standards is crucial, the confirmed standard parameters allow BTU-50 to be used on the construction site without obstacles.

All elements of the BTU-50 system are hot-dip galvanized. The zinc coating protects the steel against corrosion, which is extremely important on the construction site. After formwork stripping, cleaning the elements is easier, and the equipment returns to the next project without the need for renovation or replacement of elements.
