Project description:

We are carrying out another large residential project in Wrocław — Port Popowice on Białowieska Street — where, together with REMAX Construct, we are building apartment blocks for ROBYG Bud. This is a project of an unusual scale: the building is 300 metres long, with exact dimensions of 22.0 m x 300 m. From the outset, this required very well-planned work organisation and appropriate equipment resources in order to keep to the schedule, from the start of works in July 2025 to the planned completion in April 2026.

Products delivered to the site:

As Baukrane, we provided comprehensive material and logistical support, delivering over 1,100 m² of Bauframe and Bauschal wall formwork, nearly 8,000 Bauprop 20 props, and 1,200 metres of safety nets to the project. The Bauframe and Bauschal systems allow crews to work faster and with greater confidence — they are easy to assemble, convenient in daily use, and perform exceptionally well on long wall sections, ensuring consistent workmanship quality. The props and safety nets improve work organisation and significantly enhance site safety.

Solutions on the construction site:

The high availability of Bauprop 20 props enabled the garage to be built quickly and smoothly along its full 300-metre length. It also ensured continuity of work throughout the project, allowing the construction team to move straight on to the next floors. As many as 8,000 props, capable of supporting loads of up to 20 kN at any height, proved effective during the construction of balconies and floor slabs.

System compatibility was particularly important for the General Contractor, as the site conditions and the geometry of the building required formwork to be used at non-standard angles. A key advantage was the ability to combine systems with different performance parameters while using the same profile. Although Bauframe withstands concrete pressure of up to 60 kN and Bauschal up to 80 kN, both solutions are based on the same RASTO profile, which means they can be connected using a single universal Baukrane wedge clamp.
