Description
The “flat contact” concrete washer is a point spacer made of C30/37 concrete, designed to support vertical reinforcement in walls, particularly where dense and heavy reinforcement is used. The wide, flat contact base provides stable support against the formwork, minimising the risk of bar displacement during concrete placement and vibration. An integrated binding wire embedded in the spacer enables quick and secure fixing to the reinforcement without additional accessories. This ensures a constant distance between bars and formwork, resulting in uniform concrete cover, improved corrosion protection of the reinforcement and a clean, even surface in architectural and façade concrete elements. Multiple available heights make it easy to match the required cover thickness for residential, industrial and bridge construction projects.
