Description
Antiadhesive oil premium LM (Shole PREMIUM LM release agent) is a specialist product designed for steel moulds and high-performance concretes, including ready-mix and aerated concrete. It acts chemically, creating an active antiadhesive layer on the mould surface that prevents cement paste from sticking and enables a very smooth concrete finish without discolorations or visible form marks. The use of this oil significantly reduces the number of air bubbles, improving both the tightness and appearance of precast elements and concrete accessories. At the same time, it has a preserving effect on the moulds – it helps prevent corrosion, facilitates demoulding and effectively eliminates the need for intensive cleaning after each casting cycle. The product is biodegradable and odourless, improving working comfort in precast plants, but it requires precise, thin-coat application and control of working conditions to fully exploit its performance.
Application
Antiadhesive oil premium LM is intended for professional production of high-quality concrete elements, particularly when using steel moulds. Suitable for:
- manufacturing concrete accessories (e.g. small architectural elements, kerbs, slabs, steps),
- production of medium and large precast elements in steel moulds,
- use with ready-mix and aerated concrete where a smooth, uniform, stain-free surface is required,
- moulds for stair flights and stair slabs,
- processes where concrete adhesion to the mould must be minimised and mould preparation time between pours reduced,
- applications requiring “ekobet-type” release agents (antiadhesive oil, release fluid, formwork release agent).
