Shole Cleanbet+ is a professional formwork cleaner designed to remove concrete residues from various surfaces. Based on a mixture of hydroxy-organic acids, it efficiently dissolves cement deposits, thoroughly cleaning formwork panels, shutters and mixer drums, while avoiding mineral acids to reduce corrosion risk and eliminate fumes during application.
Description
Formwork cleaner oil Shole Cleanbet+ (Cleanbet 10L) is a specialist cleaning agent developed for removing concrete residues and cement deposits from moulds, formwork and construction equipment. Its formulation, based on a mixture of hydroxy-organic acids, effectively dissolves contamination while limiting corrosion and surface damage compared to aggressive mineral-acid cleaners. The absence of mineral acids means no fuming during application, improving safety and working comfort, especially in precast halls and indoor cleaning operations. Cleanbet+ helps restore full functionality of formwork, mixer drums and tools quickly, reducing downtime between casting cycles and supporting long-term maintenance of equipment in good technical condition.
Application
Formwork cleaner oil is suitable for day-to-day maintenance of forms and equipment on construction sites and in precast plants. Suitable for:
- cleaning formwork panels and system shutters after concreting,
- removing concrete residues from steel moulds and steel components exposed to cementitious materials,
- cleaning mixer drums, hoppers, chutes and buckets used for concrete handling,
- washing construction tools that come into contact with concrete and cement mortars,
- maintenance of formwork and equipment where corrosion control and quick turnaround are important.
