Main challenge of the project

One of the main challenges during the construction of the Capital Towers residential project in Rzeszów was the efficient organisation of slab works in a large-scale, multi-phase development. In this type of project, it was crucial to maintain the pace of reinforced concrete works and ensure the continuity of subsequent concrete pouring stages.

The role of the Bautreg system

Another important aspect was adapting the formwork technology to the requirements of residential construction, where both the repeatability of work and the ability to respond efficiently to a changing work front are essential. In this type of project, timely delivery of equipment and rapid installation were of great importance in order to avoid downtime and enable smooth progress on subsequent floors.

The Bautreg slab formwork system was used for the works and proved effective in constructing slabs in a residential building with demanding work organisation. The system enabled efficient preparation of formwork for the slabs and, thanks to its versatility, allowed for flexible adaptation to the design specifications and the conditions of the ongoing works.

The use of the Bautreg system streamlined reinforced concrete works, particularly in terms of component assembly and disassembly, as well as the organisation of work on subsequent floors. A key advantage of the solution was the ability to efficiently utilise the equipment for repetitive slab layouts, which resulted in optimised working time and better control over the construction schedule.
