Project description:

In Gdynia, at 71 Kopernika Street, ERBUD is currently carrying out a modern construction project. From the very beginning, carefully selected equipment and efficient work organization have played a key role on the construction site, allowing for a fast pace of work during the successive construction phases.

As part of the collaboration, Baukrane is responsible for providing solutions to support both reinforced concrete work and vertical transport on the construction site. This project required cranes capable of handling transport in difficult soil conditions. We deployed our KR 90, which will join the existing fleet already operating on-site, including a Terex CTT 181 crane and a second KR 90 crane from Krupiński.

Equipment and solutions on the construction site:

Our formwork systems and solutions supporting work organization and safety are also being used on the project:
– Bauprop 20 and Bauprop 30 floor props,
– Bauframe and Bauframe VZ wall systems,
– BT20 girders,
– Baukrane safety nets.

The systems used allow construction crews to efficiently carry out successive stages of reinforced concrete work while maintaining high-quality workmanship and workplace safety. The compatibility of Baukrane solutions enables flexible adaptation of equipment to changing conditions on the construction site and streamlines the daily organization of work.

Logistics and project support:

Properly planned delivery logistics and the prompt availability of equipment on the construction site are also crucial for the smooth progress of the project. Mariusz Błeszyński played a key role in this, as he efficiently assessed the project and immediately developed a comprehensive schedule for transport and installation, allowing the contractor to proceed without unnecessary downtime and stay on the planned project timeline.

The project in Gdynia is yet another initiative in which our solutions support the contractor both technologically and organizationally, providing reliable support at every stage of construction.
