Panel M Board

The M-Board panel is a modern composite formwork panel made of solid plastic (Solid Plastic Composite) using three-layer technology, which provides exceptional mechanical strength and excellent dimensional stability. Unlike traditional plywood, the M-Board panel does not require a release agent under standard conditions, is resistant to water and UV radiation, and has fire-resistant properties (Grade A according to ASTM E 84). In the form of a ready-to-use formwork panel it withstands up to 200 uses, and in traditional formwork systems up to 50 uses, which directly translates into a lower unit cost of each re-shoring. The material can be cut and drilled similarly to plywood—both on the construction site and in industrial production. Up to 50% of its composition comes from recycling, and after the end of its service life the panel can be recycled again, aligning with the idea of a circular economy.
