Description
Antiadhesive oil Ekobet 0 is a specialist mineral release agent for precast moulds and site formwork, combining barrier and chemical effects. It forms a thin protective film on the form surface that effectively prevents concrete from sticking, keeping formwork clean and significantly reducing cleaning time after stripping. The addition of anticorrosive components helps protect steel forms and accessories from rust, while the protection against contamination and surface damage extends the service life of the entire formwork system. Ekobet 0 can be used on steel, timber, plastic and other form types, simplifying logistics in both precast plants and on construction sites. The product is 75% biodegradable within 21 days and carries the Polish National Institute of Hygiene certificate HK/B/1030/02/2012, combining reliable performance with user and environmental safety. Consistent performance from temperatures as low as -5°C ensures repeatable results even in challenging weather conditions.
Application
Antiadhesive oil Ekobet 0 is intended for everyday use in precast production and concrete works involving various types of formwork. Suitable for:
- coating moulds in the production of precast concrete elements (aggregate concrete, aerated concrete),
- protecting steel formwork against concrete adhesion and corrosion,
- protecting timber and panel formwork from contamination and surface damage,
- coating plastic and other system formwork,
- general formwork operations in building and civil engineering as a universal Ekobet-type release oil/fluid.
