Description
Antiadhesive oil Shole Develop Economy is a specialist formwork release agent that combines barrier and chemical mechanisms. Once applied, it forms a thin separating film on the mould surface, preventing concrete adhesion and enabling easy, repeatable stripping without damaging edges or corners. This results in concrete elements with a smooth, uniform finish, free from discoloration and with a reduced number of air voids – a key requirement in precast production and exposed concrete applications. Its mineral-based formulation, free from solvents, waxes, silicones and mineral oils, improves working conditions in plants and on site while reducing environmental impact. The product protects timber formwork against swelling, drying out and warping, extending its service life and lowering maintenance costs for formwork systems. Shole Develop Economy is ready to use and is best applied by spray using system sprayers, ensuring quick and even coverage of large form surfaces.
Application
Antiadhesive oil Shole Develop Economy is used wherever high concrete surface quality and reliable formwork protection are required. Suitable for:
- coating steel moulds used in the production of aggregate and aerated concrete elements,
- protecting timber formwork from concrete adhesion, swelling, drying out and warping,
- coating plastic and other system formwork,
- manufacturing precast elements, concrete accessories and exposed concrete components where a smooth, uniform finish is required,
- general reinforced concrete works in building and civil engineering as a universal Ekobet-type release oil/fluid.
