Description
Antiadhesive oil Shole Develop OCL is a professional release agent for moulds and formwork that combines barrier and chemical action. Once applied, it creates a thin, even film between concrete and the form, effectively preventing cement paste from sticking and allowing easy stripping without edge damage. The resulting concrete surface is uniform and visually clean, free from discoloration and with a reduced number of air voids, which improves the appearance of both structural and exposed elements. Its mineral-based formulation is free from solvents, waxes, silicones and mineral oils, providing low odour and a more environmentally responsible solution. Shole Develop OCL protects plywood, steel and timber formwork – it helps to prevent corrosion, and reduces swelling, drying out and warping of timber, extending the service life of formwork systems. The product is biodegradable, holds a hygiene certificate BK/B/0232/01/2019 and is supplied ready to use; when applied by spray using system sprayers, it enables fast coverage of large areas with low consumption.
Application
Antiadhesive oil Shole Develop OCL is suitable for both precast production and standard on-site formwork operations. Suitable for:
- coating formwork panels (plywood, three-layer panels) and steel forms on construction sites,
- production of aggregate and aerated concrete elements in steel, timber, plastic and other moulds,
- protecting plywood and steel components against corrosion and concrete adhesion,
- protecting timber formwork against swelling, drying out and warping,
- typical formwork operations in building and civil engineering as a universal Ekobet-type release fluid.
