Description
Antiadhesive oil Szalmax (SzalMax PRO) is a specialist white release agent for formwork, intended for casting and precasting concrete elements, particularly light architectural concrete. The emulsion forms a thin barrier layer and also acts chemically, effectively reducing concrete adhesion to the formwork and enabling easy stripping with a consistently smooth concrete surface, free from stains and discolouration. The white colour makes it easy to visually control coverage and quickly identify areas that are either untreated or over-saturated. The product is odourless and biodegradable, improving working conditions in production halls and indoor construction projects. Szalmax preserves steel formwork, helping to prevent corrosion, and thanks to its optimised “nano” formulation, it is highly economical – when applied by spray as an oil mist, it offers high coverage with very low consumption per square metre.
Application
Antiadhesive oil Szalmax is suitable wherever clean stripping, light concrete surfaces and repeatable architectural quality are required. Suitable for:
- protecting steel, timber and plastic formwork against concrete adhesion,
- production of light architectural concrete elements and fair-faced precast components,
- preparing formwork for walls, columns, beams and slabs where a smooth concrete surface is required,
- reinforced concrete works in building and civil engineering with a strong focus on surface appearance,
- applications where a clean working environment and low-odour release agent are important.
