The specialist STALMIR SPC-2 kit for bonding concrete plugs in EX 22 cone holes enables fast installation, strong adhesion and durable closing of tie-rod penetrations in reinforced concrete structures. The ready-to-use set with adhesive, plugs and spatula makes it easier to achieve consistent aesthetics, including on architectural concrete surfaces.
Description
The Glue, plugs, spatula (set) STALMIR SPC-2 is a complete system for bonding FB 22/10W concrete plugs into EX 22 cone holes. The polymer–mineral adhesive, consisting of the dry mineral mixture “C” and the liquid polymer “P”, forms a highly plastic, thixotropic mass after mixing with excellent adhesion to concrete, effectively filling and sealing the gap around the plug. A single batch of adhesive is sufficient for bonding approximately 100–120 plugs, allowing a larger number of openings to be closed in one work stage. The set includes an application spatula, which facilitates even adhesive application and, in the case of architectural concrete, allows precise surface levelling and a clean visual finish of exposed walls or façades.
Application
The Glue, plugs, spatula (set) is intended for fast and repeatable bonding of concrete plugs in reinforced concrete walls, including applications with increased aesthetic requirements. Suitable for:
- bonding concrete plugs FB 22/10 and FB 22/10W in EX 22 cone holes,
- closing distance tubes and tie-rod holes in reinforced concrete structures,
- remedial closing of point defects left by lost formwork accessories in the concrete surface zone,
- finishing works on architectural concrete where a visually clean closure of openings is required,
- applications requiring a complete package: plug adhesive, tube plugs, concrete stoppers and an application tool.
