Glue Repocal

Glue Repocal is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy adhesive designed specifically for bonding concrete plugs and sealing cones in tie-rod penetrations. Once cured, it forms a hard, compact joint with high resistance to water, a wide range of chemicals and changing environmental conditions, effectively protecting the structure against leakage and moisture in the area of former tie-rod holes. Fixed component quantities (710 g of component A and 290 g of component B) make jobsite preparation straightforward, while a pot life of 4 hours at 20°C gives the contractor sufficient working time, even when sealing a large number of openings. Repocal is suitable wherever reliable, watertight bonding of concrete elements is required in zones exposed to water or aggressive media.
