Concrete smooth plug for wall formwork.
Architectural concrete plug (class C30/37, fibre-reinforced) for neat and watertight sealing of cone and spacer tube holes in reinforced concrete walls. It provides a clean final appearance of the wall surface and effectively seals tie-rod holes against water penetration.
Description
The concrete smooth plug is a conical, fibre-reinforced architectural concrete insert designed to close technological holes left by formwork cones and spacer tubes in system wall formwork. Its 20 mm length and conical shape ensure a tight, secure fit in the opening without additional adjustment. Using architectural concrete allows a visually uniform finish on the wall surface, with a texture and colour close to the surrounding concrete. The plug is installed with a two-component adhesive, providing stable anchorage and watertightness of the passage up to 25 m water column, which significantly reduces the risk of leakage in structures exposed to water or moisture. Fibre reinforcement improves resistance to mechanical damage during installation and subsequent finishing works, reducing the risk of chipping on the visible face of the wall.

The concrete smooth plug is used for durable, watertight and aesthetically pleasing sealing of technological openings in reinforced concrete walls.
