Funnel-type concrete container designed for transporting and accurately placing concrete mix using cranes. The jaw-type outlet controlled by a gear drive and the 2 m discharge hose provide full control over the concrete flow into forms and formwork.
Description
The Zb Concrete Container is a funnel-type container with a central discharge, intended for transporting concrete mix and materials of similar consistency using lifting equipment. The jaw-type closing system of the outlet, driven by a gear mechanism and operated by a chain, enables smooth adjustment of the discharge rate and easy interruption of the flow at any moment. As standard, the container is equipped with a 2 m discharge hose with a clamping band, which facilitates directing the mix into the formwork, including hard-to-reach locations. The set also includes an 8 m operating chain for convenient control of the opening mechanism from the working level. Depending on the model, the container offers a capacity of 0.75 m³, 1.0 m³ or 1.5 m³ with an allowable load of up to 4000 kg, which allows efficient concreting of larger elements without frequent repositioning of the equipment. The product is manufactured in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, fitted with a nameplate and CE marked, making it suitable for safe use on any construction site.
Application
The Zb Concrete Container is suitable wherever controlled delivery of concrete mix by crane is required.
- Transporting and placing concrete using tower cranes and mobile cranes.
- Concreting slabs, walls, columns, beams and foundations in formwork systems.
- Placing concrete in high or deep formwork, shafts, cores and hard-to-reach areas.
- Transport of mortars, backfill mixes and other materials with similar consistency.
