Description
Plastic line spacer AL is a linear spacer designed to support the bottom layer of reinforcement in both precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. Made of polyethylene (PE), it withstands contact with fresh concrete and typical installation loads on site. The side openings in the strip provide unobstructed concrete flow, resulting in uniform cover along the entire length of the element. The stable geometry of the strip maintains a constant support height, ensuring accurate positioning of reinforcement according to design and reducing the risk of localized deformations. The pushfit connection system allows for quick assembly of long runs without tools or additional accessories, speeding up reinforcement works on large slab and deck areas. Plastic line spacer AL performs well as a horizontal spacer pad, bottom cover spacer or support block in a wide range of structural solutions.
