Triangular Plastic Strip with Feather

The triangular plastic strip (feather) is used on reinforced concrete projects wherever durable and aesthetic edge chamfering is required:

• construction of columns, walls and parapets – forming 45° chamfered edges with increased resistance to damage,
• improving aesthetics and safety – chamfered corners reduce chipping and eliminate sharp edges,
• formwork for foundations and concrete walls – convenient chamfering of edges in wall and foundation formwork systems,
• use with formwork panels – the feather allows the strip to be locked between panels for stable positioning,
• applications requiring chamfered concrete edges on visible elements such as columns, walls, beams and plinths.

• Purpose: disposable chamfer element for shaping 45° concrete edges.
• Material: polyethylene, resistant to damage during fixing and concreting.
• Geometry: triangular strip with additional feather for insertion between formwork panels.
• Single strip length: 2.5 m (based on packing data).
• Cross‑section dimensions (triangle legs) and packing:
  • 10/10 – 100 m per pack (40 strips x 2.5 m),
  • 15/15 – 100 m per pack (40 strips x 2.5 m),
  • 20/20 – 100 m per pack (40 strips x 2.5 m),
  • 25/25 – 50 m per pack (20 strips x 2.5 m),
  • 30/30 – 50 m per pack (20 strips x 2.5 m).
• Fixing: through mounting holes and/or by inserting the feather between formwork panels.
