White plug Flupp

The White Plug Flupp is a flexible, single-use plug designed to seal PVC spacer tubes used for form ties. After stripping the formwork and removing the plastic cones, the plug is bonded inside the distance tube, protecting it against water ingress and contamination. Its geometry is compatible with standard PVC cones and spacer tubes, creating a tight end seal ready for installation of a concrete plug or repair mortar. Flupp is intended for zones exposed to water at low hydrostatic pressure, reducing the risk of leakage into the tube and subsequent damage to the concrete surface. An additional benefit is reduced adhesive or grout consumption when installing concrete plugs – the elastic plug fills a large part of the void, limiting the amount of material required to close the opening. Supplied in boxes of 500 pieces, it is a practical and cost-effective component of any form-tie sealing system.
