Tie wire

Soft annealed tie wire is a basic auxiliary material for reinforcement and formwork in reinforced concrete structures. The annealing process gives the wire excellent ductility – it is soft, non‑brittle and easily follows the shape of the bars, which speeds up tying even in dense and complex rebar layouts. It is suitable for both manual tying and use with tying pliers or bucket‑type tying tools, allowing it to fit different site setups and working methods. As a lost material it is consumed in large quantities, so it is supplied in economical 20 kg coils, ideal for continuous work on large reinforcement jobs, in precast plants and on monolithic projects. Using one universal type of wire for tying bars and securing formwork components simplifies logistics and helps to keep the site organised.
