Main challenges of the project

The key challenge was maintaining the smooth flow of wall works throughout the successive stages of the housing development. In a residential project delivered according to a phased schedule, efficient formwork organisation, smooth equipment logistics, and the ability to quickly adapt the system to new work fronts were all of great importance. As a result, the construction site was able to maintain the pace of work and achieve better control over the schedule.

The Bauframe system supported the efficient execution of wall works throughout the successive stages of the project. hanks to its versatile design and adaptability to various wall configurations, the system made it possible to better organise reinforced concrete works, maintain a high pace of construction, and effectively support site logistics.
