Main challenge of the project

The main challenge in the HB1820 project in Wrocław was carrying out construction works in a dense urban environment, on a development combining an apartment building with an underground garage and an extensive reinforced concrete structure. he building was designed as a seven-storey property with 96 apartments, a grand lobby, and an underground garage. In practice, this required excellent coordination of slab and wall works, vertical transport, and the safe organisation of operations on a limited construction site.

The versatility of Baukrane products

The project required a set of solutions that would support both slab and wall works, while also being well suited to the conditions of a residential development carried out in an urban setting. The Bautreg slab formwork system enabled efficient organisation of work on successive floors and better adaptation of the formwork to the slab layout.

The Bauframe 60 kN wall system provided solid support for reinforced concrete works, offering a solution designed for medium- and large-scale projects and ensuring the required strength during concrete pouring. The project was complemented by safety systems and tower cranes, which supported safe work organisation and efficient material transport on site.

For the project, this meant greater predictability during execution, better organisation of work fronts, and solutions tailored to the requirements of modern residential construction.
