The main challenge of the project

The biggest challenge of this construction project was maintaining the smooth flow of slab works in a phased development involving several buildings and a complex functional programme. In practice, this meant the need for efficient formwork organisation, quick transitions between successive work fronts, and keeping the schedule on track without unnecessary downtime.

Baukrane solutions in practice

During the construction of the Nowa Częstochowa housing development, the Baudeck system supported the efficient execution of slab works in a large-scale residential project. Its lightweight, panel-based design facilitated assembly, streamlined the organisation of work on successive floors, and allowed for better control over the pace of construction.

The use of Bauprop 20 props, with a load-bearing capacity of 20 kN, further reinforced the stability of the system and supported safe construction operations. As a result, the construction site was able to operate smoothly, on schedule, and with greater flexibility at every stage of the project.
