Description
Radial strips are components installed directly between standard BAUFRAME and BAUSCHAL formwork panels, allowing curved walls to be formed efficiently. They enable the construction of curved and polygonal structures with a radius greater than 2.5 metres. Available in three different widths, they allow the formwork layout to be adjusted very precisely to the requirements of a specific project. The strips are connected to the panels alternately using standard centering tie rods, which significantly speeds up installation on site without the need to invest in dedicated curved formwork.
Applications of Radial Strips
Radial strips are ideal for constructing non-standard concrete structures using standard formwork systems. Suitable for:
- forming radial walls and curved structures with a radius greater than 2.5 m,
- forming polygonal structures using standard BAUFRAME and BAUSCHAL panels,
- precise adjustment of formwork to specific dimensions without infill elements,
- connecting to wall panels using alternating centering tie rods.
