The P70 frame scaffolding is a system of prefabricated steel components that allows you to quickly and safely surround a building façade – from simple residential buildings to complex industrial structures reaching 60 m in height. Hot-dip galvanized frames, self-locking pins and adaptation to various storey lengths provide full freedom to adjust the scaffolding to the shape of the structure, shortening assembly time and reducing labor costs.

Fast assembly without specialist tools

The intuitive design of the P70 system allows one person to assemble up to 250 m² of scaffolding per day without using specialist equipment. Faster assembly means shorter project completion times and lower labor costs on every job.

Flexible adaptation to the building

Lengths of 3.0 m / 2.5 m / 2.0 m / 1.5 m / 1.10 m / 0.74 m and supplementary heights of 0.5 m / 1.0 m / 1.5 m make it possible to precisely adapt the geometry of the scaffolding to any structure. Extension brackets with dimensions from 0.32 m to 1.10 m allow additional projection of the working platform where required by the shape of the façade.

Without additional structural calculations, the P70 system reaches a height of 24 m, and after performing structural calculations – up to 60 m. It is one system that supports both standard multi-family buildings and tall industrial or commercial structures.

Hot-dip galvanizing of steel components

All steel components of the system are hot-dip galvanized, which ensures corrosion resistance in harsh weather conditions on the construction site. Longer service life of the components means lower costs when it is necessary to purchase new elements and more reliable operation for many years.

Self-locking pins and reinforced health-and-safety connections

Rigid frame connections and self-locking pins eliminate the risk of accidental disconnection of decks during work at height. Guardrail posts with safety locking and the double UNI front guardrail create a complete protection zone compliant with health-and-safety requirements.

Three types of working decks

The P70 system is compatible with steel, wooden and aluminum-plywood decks, including a version equipped with a flap and an internal ladder. Load class 3 according to PN-EN 12811-1 (2.00 kN/m²) allows safe execution of standard façade and finishing works.

Full compatibility with the Plettac type

The P70 system is fully compatible with other Plettac-type systems, which allows it to be combined with existing scaffolding without having to replace the entire system. The possibility of gradual expansion of the set reduces the number of stock indices and simplifies logistics on site.

Protection of the working surface

The option of installing safety netting or tarpaulins over the entire scaffolding surface makes it possible to protect workers and the surroundings from falling materials and adverse weather conditions. This solution is particularly important for work in city centers and on public utility buildings.
