Bautekk 50 kN lightweight formwork for walls and foundations
Bautekk is a lightweight formwork panel system with a hot-dip galvanized steel frame and 12 mm birch plywood. It can withstand fresh concrete pressure of up to 50 kN/m². The panels are assembled manually without a crane, and their compatibility with Tekko-type systems allows them to be connected to other formwork systems with the same profile. It is ideal for constructing walls up to 3 m high, strip footings, and foundation walls.

Use of Bautekk 50 kN wall formwork?
For reinforced concrete contractors
Bautekk effectively complements heavier formwork systems on the same construction site. It allows contractors to easily form strip footings and pad footings, beams, girders, ring beams, columns, and building cores, leaving heavy-duty formwork and the crane available for applications where they are really needed. DW-15 tie rods and nuts can be used with Bauframe and Bauschal systems, reducing the number of items that need to be stocked on site and simplifying logistics.
For wholesalers and distributors
Bautekk is compatible with systems such as Tekko, Pionbox, Budouni, and Minibox, making it suitable for customers who already own this type of equipment and need additional panels. The wide range of panel sizes – three heights, up to nine standard widths, and multi-hole panels – makes it possible to offer a complete formwork system for a wide variety of applications.

Easy transport and assembly
You do not need heavy or specialized equipment for transport and assembly. Two people can carry a single panel, and simple Bautekk connectors are all that is needed to join the panels. Easy assembly and dismantling mean faster completion of concrete works.
Steel tie-rod sleeves
They protect the plywood from impacts caused by the tie rod when it is pulled through to the opposite panel. This significantly extends the plywood’s service life and increases the formwork’s operating time on the construction site.
3 tie-rod holes
Three tie-rod holes allow you to connect the formwork panels wherever and however you need, even right next to the foundation.
Formwork tailored to the project
Multi-hole formwork panels allow you to create formwork configurations in various shapes and dimensions. An adjustable corner allows you to form walls at different angles. You can easily adapt the formwork to different project requirements.
Compatible with Tekko
You can connect Bautekk formwork panels to any other Tekko-type formwork system. Use the formwork you already own and add new Bautekk panels to it.
12 mm birch plywood
High-quality plywood means a longer service life for the formwork. We use only durable, moisture-resistant birch plywood.
VT variant for columns
Bautekk 50 kN is also available in the form of multi-hole panels specially designed for column formwork.
