Bautekk formwork

BAUTEKK is a wall formwork system that is ideal for small and medium-sized construction sites. The low weight of the individual panels allows the elements to be moved and assembled without the use of heavy equipment. Despite its lightweight construction, it withstands concrete pressure of 50 kN/m². Ideal for constructing footings and foundation walls, foundation and fence beams, foundation bases, chambers, manholes, tanks, floor joists and floor ribs, floor rings, columns, and reinforced concrete cores.

What sets BAUTEKK apart from other formwork systems?
Easy to transport and install
You don’t need heavy or specialized equipment for transport and installation. Two people can carry a single panel, and simple Bautekk connectors are all that’s needed to join them together. Easy installation and removal mean the concrete work is completed faster.
Steel hooves
They protect the plywood from impacts caused by the tie rod as we pull it toward the opposite panel. This significantly extends its service life and increases the formwork’s usable life on the construction site.
3 through-holes
Three through-holes for tie rods allow you to connect form panels wherever and however you want, even right next to the foundation.
Formwork tailored to the project
Multi-opening formwork panels allow you to create formwork assemblies of various shapes and sizes. The hinged corner joint lets you form walls with different angles. You can easily adapt the formwork to various projects.
Compatible with Tekko
You can combine Bautekk formwork panels with any other Tekko-type formwork. Use the formwork you already have and pair it with new Bautekk panels.
12mm birch plywood
High-quality plywood ensures a longer service life for the formwork. We use only birch plywood, which is durable and moisture-resistant.
