Frame facade scaffolding for work at heights of up to 60 m
P70 frame scaffolding is a system of prefabricated steel components that allows building façades to be enclosed quickly and safely – from simple residential buildings to complex industrial structures reaching heights of up to 60 m. Hot-dip galvanized frames, self-locking spigots and compatibility with different storey heights provide full flexibility in adapting the scaffolding to the shape of the building, reducing assembly time and labour costs.
What makes P70 scaffolding stand out?
Fast assembly without specialist tools
The intuitive design of the P70 system allows one person to assemble up to 250 m² of scaffolding per day without the use of specialist equipment. Faster assembly means shorter project completion times and lower labour costs on every job.
Flexible adaptation to the building
Lengths of 3.0 m / 2.5 m / 2.0 m / 1.5 m / 1.10 m / 0.74 m and additional heights of 0.5 m / 1.0 m / 1.5 m allow the scaffolding geometry to be precisely adapted to any building. Widening brackets from 0.32 m to 1.10 m make it possible to extend the working platform where required by the shape of the façade.
Working at heights of up to 60 m
Without additional structural calculations, the P70 system can be erected up to a height of 24 m, and with structural calculations – up to 60 m. One system can therefore be used for both typical multi-storey residential buildings and high-rise industrial or commercial structures.
Hot-dip galvanizing of steel components
All steel components of the system are hot-dip galvanized, providing corrosion resistance in harsh construction site weather conditions. The longer service life of the components reduces replacement costs and ensures reliable use for many years.
Self-locking spigots and reinforced safety connections
Rigid frame connections and self-locking spigots eliminate the risk of accidental platform disconnection when working at height. Guardrail posts with safety locking and the UNI double end guardrail create a complete protective zone in accordance with occupational safety requirements.
Three types of working platforms
The P70 system is compatible with steel, wooden and aluminium-plywood platforms, including a version equipped with an access hatch and internal ladder. Load class 3 according to PN-EN 12811-1 (2.00 kN/m²) allows typical façade and finishing works to be carried out safely.
Full compatibility with Plettac-type systems
The P70 system is fully compatible with other Plettac-type systems, allowing it to be combined with existing scaffolding without the need to replace the entire system. The option to expand the set gradually reduces the number of stock items and simplifies logistics on the construction site.
Protection of the working area
The option to install safety netting or sheeting across the entire scaffolding surface helps protect workers and the surrounding area from falling materials and adverse weather conditions. This solution is particularly important for work in city centres and around public buildings.
