EZ Form Plywood is an economical formwork plywood made from cross-bonded veneers of 100% rubberwood with a density of 630 kg/m². Coated on both sides with a black-brown phenolic film (PSF) weighing 130 g/m², it provides a good concrete finish and mechanical strength consistent with EN 13986. Bending strength is 50 N/mm² across and 30 N/mm² along the sheet, with a modulus of elasticity up to 5000 N/mm², making it a suitable choice for demanding formwork structures. The plywood lasts up to 40 uses of the entire panel – the actual number of cycles depends on storage conditions, construction methods, and the concrete components and admixtures used.
EZ Form sheet edges are factory-painted black. Panels are packed in crates with metal/plastic strapping, suitable for loading and unloading with forklifts.

All three plywoods are made of 100% rubberwood at the same density (630 kg/m³), but differ in phenolic coating thickness and number of uses. EZ Form and Pro Form share the same film weight (130 g/m²), while Top Form has a thicker one (400 g/m²). By number of uses, the order is: Top Form (up to 40 times), EZ Form (up to 25 times), Pro Form (up to 20 times). EZ Form is additionally available in two thicknesses (18 and 21 mm), like Top Form, while Pro Form comes only in 21 mm thickness.
Bonding class 3 (per EN 636:2003) and emission class E1 (per EN 717-2:1995) – the same as Top Form and Pro Form.
