Description

Standard three-layer panels are glued panels made of softwood – spruce or fir – of quality class I, which means no knots or edge defects. Both working sides are coated with a special impregnating paint that protects against weather conditions and water in accordance with EN 13353 (SWP/3), as well as with an anti-adhesive coating preventing concrete from sticking, enabling multiple reuse of the panels. They are available in two variants: without edge protection and with steel edge protection in the shape of the letter E. The variant with edge protection, made of four spruce lamellas, is equipped with steel edging that increases resistance to impact. Both versions are available in a thickness of 21 mm.

Application of standard three-layer panels

Standard three-layer panels prove ideal as formwork elements in a wide range of construction applications. Suitable for use in:

  • in wall and column formwork,
  • in formwork systems requiring a smooth concrete surface,
  • structures requiring multiple reuse of formwork panels,
  • in formwork exposed to weather conditions.
