Description
The PVC plastic cone 22/10 is a bearing cone installed on the ends of 22 mm spacer tubes used in wall formwork systems. It provides a stable support for both the spacer tube and the form tie, making it easier to align and brace formwork panels. Its large contact surface with plywood or steel/alu panels reduces the risk of dents and damage to the form lining, extending its service life. The cone protects form ties against contamination with concrete during pouring, which facilitates later stripping and re-use of the accessories. Manufactured from durable PVC, it is resistant to weather conditions and typical construction chemicals. After stripping the formwork, the cone can be easily removed and the resulting opening in the concrete wall can be quickly closed with concrete plugs and adhesive.
Application
The PVC plastic cone 22/10 is a basic accessory for wall formwork systems using spacer tubes.
