PVC Tube cone

The PVC Plastic Cone 22/10 is a stop cone installed at the ends of Ø22 mm spacer tubes used in wall formwork. It provides stable support for the spacer tube and tie rod, helping to position and stiffen the formwork panels correctly. Its enlarged contact surface distributes pressure over a wider area, reducing the risk of dents and damage to plywood or panel facings. The cone also protects the tie rod from contact with fresh concrete, making later dismantling and reuse easier. Made of durable PVC, it is resistant to typical weather conditions and construction chemicals. After stripping the formwork, the cone can be removed easily and the remaining opening can be sealed with a concrete plug.
