Adhesive, Plugs and Spatula (SET)

The STALMIR SPC-2 Adhesive, Plugs and Spatula Set is a complete system designed for bonding FB 22/10W concrete plugs into holes left by EX 22 cones. The polymer-mineral adhesive consists of dry mineral component “C” and liquid polymer component “P”, which form a dense plastic mixture with very good adhesion to concrete after mixing. This allows the adhesive to fill the space around the plug and provide a durable closure of the opening. One prepared batch is sufficient for bonding approximately 100–120 plugs. The set also includes a spatula for even adhesive application. The solution can also be used with architectural concrete where precise surface finishing and a neat appearance of the closed holes are important.

Applications of the STALMIR SPC-2 Set

The set is designed for quick and repeatable sealing of openings left by formwork components in reinforced concrete structures.

• bonding FB 22/10 and FB 22/10W concrete plugs into holes left by EX 22 cones,
• closing spacer tubes and formwork tie-rod holes,
• repair sealing of local voids left by sacrificial components at the concrete surface,
