Glue Repoxal

Repoxal is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy adhesive designed for bonding concrete plugs and sealing cones in formwork tie-rod penetrations. Once cured, it forms a hard and compact joint with high resistance to water, many chemicals and changing environmental conditions. This helps protect the structure against leakage and moisture around tie-rod holes. Fixed component proportions make preparation of the mixture easier on site, while the working time after mixing allows multiple sealing points to be completed efficiently. Repoxal is suitable wherever durable and watertight bonding of concrete elements exposed to water or aggressive media is required.

Applications of Repoxal Adhesive

Repoxal is designed for permanent, watertight sealing of formwork tie-rod penetrations in reinforced concrete structures.

• sealing spacer tubes for formwork tie rods, particularly MAX FRANK tubes,
