Gun foam

Gun-Grade PU Foam is an all-season, low-expansion, single-component polyurethane foam designed for installation, gap filling, sealing and acoustic insulation in construction applications. Gun application allows precise dosing, while dimensional stability and controlled expansion help reduce the risk of deformation of frames and other delicate components. The foam adheres well to concrete, masonry, wood, steel and PVC, making it suitable for a wide range of substrates. It provides both thermal and acoustic insulation, helping reduce thermal bridges and sound transmission. Its resistance to mould and fungi also allows use in areas exposed to occasional moisture.

Applications of Gun-Grade PU Foam

Gun-Grade PU Foam is designed for precise installation, sealing and gap filling using a polyurethane foam gun.
