Plastic line spacer AL

The AL Slab Spacer Bar is a linear spacer designed to support the bottom reinforcement layer in precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. Made of polyethylene (PE), it withstands contact with fresh concrete and typical installation loads on construction sites. Side openings allow the concrete mix to flow freely around the spacer, helping maintain uniform concrete cover along the entire reinforcement line. Its stable geometry provides a consistent support height, enabling precise positioning of reinforcement according to the design and reducing the risk of local deformation. The push-fit connection system allows multiple spacer bars to be joined quickly into long continuous sections without tools or additional accessories, speeding up reinforcement work on large slab and floor areas.
