Plastic Line Spacer ZZ

ZZ Slab Spacer Bars are plastic linear spacers designed for supporting horizontal reinforcement in slabs, strip foundations and foundation slabs under medium and high loads. Alternating support legs provide stable support for reinforcing bars and distribute loads evenly onto the base, while multiple openings in the spacer body allow the concrete mix to flow freely beneath the reinforcement. This helps achieve uniform and durable concrete cover along the entire length of the element. The bars can be easily cut to the required length directly on site, allowing quick adaptation to different reinforcement layouts. With available concrete cover heights from 15 to 50 mm, ZZ spacer bars are a practical alternative to individual point spacers and help speed up reinforcement work over large areas.

• supporting bottom reinforcement in cast-in-place slabs,
• positioning bottom reinforcement in strip foundations,
• supporting reinforcement in foundation slabs under medium and high loads,
• creating continuous concrete cover for reinforcement meshes and bars,
• use as a horizontal spacer beneath bottom reinforcement instead of individual point spacers,
• supporting vertical reinforcement after the spacer bar has been fixed to the reinforcing bars.
